Goal:

Human Welfare and Environment are enhanced through the use of improved technologies, methodologies, policies and information generated through innovative collaborative research and training.

Purpose:

Livestock productivity increased and sustainability of agricultural systems promoted through adoption of socio-economically acceptable technological options and methods in partnerships with NARS.

Outputs:

• Epidemiological tools for identifying and controlling zoonoses
• Documented feedbacks, options, preferences of farming and consuming households for policy formulation
• Enhanced R&D capacity of NARS institutions
